Educated to post graduate level in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Harper Adams University and a member of governing body ‘The National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists’ (NAVP), Hannah is fully qualified, insured and up to date with the latest scientific and clinical research in the field. Veterinary Physiotherapy has been established for over 25 years and is an invaluable adjunct of small and large animal Veterinary medicine.
All animals are fully assessed, treated and rehabilitated using the most effective and well established techniques. Animals respond well to physiotherapy and with specialist knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics, physiology and pathology, Hannah is qualified to utilize a wide variety of modalities, on a case by case basis.
This may include joint manipulation and mobilisation, massage, stretches, specific rehabilitation programmes, electro-therapeutic modalities and remedial exercise. Please see treatments page for a more detailed description.
In accordance with the law, Veterinary consent must be obtained prior to treatment. A form can be downloaded below. Hannah strives to offer effective multidisciplinary care and may need to liaise with vets, farriers, saddlers, and trainers as appropriate and with your consent.
